We will roll out the mats, turn up the jams, and raise our glasses to the weekend! This will be a FLOW style class, so be prepared to move and breathe!
Bring whatever you'd like to put in your yoga cup. Light refreshments and community connection after class. Bring a dish to pass if you feel called to.
Location: The SHE SHED at Vineyard Lake. You will be emailed the address after you sign up.

Hollie will guide you through a 75 minute restorative yoga practice while Massage Therapist, Lisa Martinez brings her gift of touch and therapeutic massage.
Space is limited to just 8 participants and prepayment through our website is required to save your spot. All props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow, etc.

Yoga Nidra offers total rest for both mind and body, this 75 minute class cultivates a deeper self-awareness and profound peace through a full body-scan meditation.
The perfect antidote to stress, anxiety and sleep issues, all you need do is lay down, let go and be guided into a state of blissful relaxation that will leave you feeling both rested and renewed.

We are partnering up with our fabulous friends over at Atlas Restaurant for some Bottoms Up Yoga!
Join us for a fun, energetic yoga flow at the studio, then stroll across the street to check out the cocktail menu that the Atlas crew has created especially for us! Your first drink is covered in the cost of the event. They have amazing mocktails too!

Hollie and Amber join forces once again at Bridgewater Support Services. Amber is a Registered Equine Therapist and will guide the gentle and curious horses around the pasture while Hollie leads you in a Gentle Yoga class.

We're welcoming in light with one of our favorite events! 108 Sun Salutations is a steady, rhythmic challenge, but one that meets you exactly where you are. You can take breaks, move slowly, or flow continuously.
We'll breathe together, move together, and set the tone for a year filled with intention and possibility. And the feeling afterward....PURE ACCOMPLISHMENT. There's nothing quite like the glow that comes from showing up, breathing through the work, flowing alongside one another, and finishing stronger than you started.
What better way to step into a fresh chapter than with a practice that lights you up from the inside out. We'd love to see you on the mat.
